Scan the key

Point the scanner at the key's barcode tag. BKMS pulls up the key, its location, and whether it's currently in or out.

Scan the staff badge

Scan the employee's ID badge — or pick them from the registered-staff list. The key is checked out to that person.

It's logged everywhere

The transaction is timestamped, attributed, and pushed live to every screen. On return, one scan closes the loop.
